Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Alessandro Frosali. By accessing my website, engaging with my coaching, retreats, or Kajabi-hosted products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

I offer a range of personal development services including:

Coaching: 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching, support, and accountability
Retreats: Immersive Better Husband retreats and Couple Retreats focused on growth, identity, and masculine/feminine dynamics in relationships
Better Husband Academy: Complete course on how to be a better husband in 70 days.
Digital Products: Kajabi-hosted courses, programs, newsletters, workshops and online trainings
Podcast & Content: Educational media that supports men's development and relational leadership

All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Booking & Payment

Coaching:

Payment is required upfront to confirm your place.
Additional offerings may be made available through Kajabi or private sales.

Retreats:

Full payment is due upon booking
VIP and Early Bird tiers may include bonus sessions or pricing benefits, as specified on the checkout page.
Group size is limited; early commitment is recommended.

Digital Products:

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Access to content is granted via personal login and/or via link and may be revoked for breach of terms.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit card, Stripe or PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds, Guarantees & Cancellations

Coaching:

Payment is required upfront to confirm your place.
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to move your booking.
If you fail to attend your scheduled session (“no-show”), your payment is forfeited and the session will not be rescheduled.
If you arrive late, Alessandro or the booked coach will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. After this, the session is considered a no-show. Sessions will always end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.

Retreats:

Retreat payments are non-refundable
If you cancel three months in advance, we will refund any additional payments minus a deposit amount (€975). Any changes to this will be mentioned in the specific retreats info page.
If you cancel within 3 months of the start date, refunds are no longer available. However, you may:
- Transfer your payment to a future retreat or coaching package
- Gift or sell your spot to another man (pending group fit approval)

We’ve designed this to be as flexible as possible while still protecting the integrity of the retreat.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital access, refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, frameworks, meditations, and podcasts is the intellectual property of The Frosali Group SL.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without written permission. If content is shared without permission, you may be subject to legal dispute.

Limitation of Liability

Results from coaching, retreats, or digital products may vary depending on your commitment and context. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
By participating, you agree that The Frosali Group SL is not liable for any emotional, relational, financial, or other consequences arising from your use of our services.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared within coaching or retreats is treated as confidential. We will not share your data or story without your consent, unless legally required to do so.

Coaching Services Disclaimer

The coaching programs are not psychological or medical services. They are designed for personal development, leadership growth, and lifestyle transformation. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed professional.

Website & Platform Use

You agree to use our website and Kajabi platform lawfully and respectfully. Any misuse including unauthorised access, sharing of login credentials, or abusive behaviour may result in termination of access.

Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, store, and use your personal data, including through Kajabi and payment processors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Balearic Islands.

Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
