These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Alessandro Frosali and The Frosali Group SL. By accessing the website, purchasing products, or participating in coaching, retreats, programs, or events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

We offer personal development and educational services including:

Coaching
1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching, support, and accountability-based services.

Retreats
Immersive Better Husband retreats and couple-focused retreats centred on growth, responsibility, identity, and relational dynamics.

Better Husband Academy
A live, group-based, cohort-style educational program delivered over 70 days through a combination of live calls, pre-recorded content, written materials, and community interaction.

The Better Husband Academy is an educational and personal development program. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or mental health care, and does not replace professional support where required.


Digital Products
Kajabi-hosted courses, programs, workshops, trainings, newsletters, and other digital materials.


Podcast & Content
Educational media intended to support personal responsibility, communication, and relational growth.


All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.


Booking & Payment

Coaching

Payment is required upfront to confirm your booking.

Additional offerings may be made available through Kajabi or private sales channels.


Retreats

Full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise stated.

VIP and Early Bird tiers may include bonus sessions or pricing benefits as outlined on the relevant checkout page.

Group sizes are limited and places are offered on a first-come basis.


Digital Products & Academy

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Access to content is provided via personal login or secure link and may be revoked in the event of breach of these Terms.


Accepted Payment Methods

Credit card, Stripe, or PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved payment providers.


Refunds, Guarantees & Cancellations


Coaching

Payment is required upfront.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or to move your booking.

Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) results in forfeiture of the session without refund or reschedule.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, the session is considered a no-show.

Retreats

Retreat payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than three months before the retreat start date, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit of €975 will be refunded. Any retreat-specific exceptions will be clearly stated on the retreat information page.

Cancellations within three months of the start date are not eligible for refunds. You may, subject to approval:

  • Transfer your payment to a future retreat or coaching package

  • Gift or sell your place to another participant, pending suitability and group fit

Better Husband Academy

Due to the live, group-based, and time-bound nature of the Better Husband Academy, all sales are final once the program has commenced.

Refund requests may be submitted prior to the official start date of the program.

Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued except where required by law.

Conditional Guarantee:

The Better Husband Academy includes a conditional satisfaction guarantee, subject to strict completion and participation requirements.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. You complete the full Academy within the 70-day program period

  2. You leave a meaningful comment on every Academy video

  3. You post a genuine progress update in the official Academy WhatsApp group at least once every 10 days throughout the program

If all conditions above are met and you can demonstrate that you are not satisfied with your ability to:

  • bridge the gap with your partner, or

  • gain meaningful personal insight and tools for yourself

you may submit a written refund request within 7 days of program completion.

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Failure to meet any of the conditions above voids the guarantee.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of immediate digital access, refunds are not available unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

 

Nature of Services & Personal Responsibility

All services provided by Alessandro Frosali and The Frosali Group SL, including but not limited to coaching, group programs, retreats, digital products, and the Better Husband Academy, are educational and personal development services.

By engaging with any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The services are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to relationship improvement, reconciliation, or personal transformation

  • Results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and decisions

  • You are fully responsible for any actions you take in your personal life, relationships, or circumstances during or after participation

  • Alessandro Frosali and The Frosali Group SL are not responsible for the outcomes of personal, relational, financial, or life decisions made by you

Delivery of services may include live sessions, recorded content, written materials, group interaction, or community access. We reserve the right to adjust schedules, delivery formats, or facilitators where necessary to ensure continuity.

 

Community Conduct & Removal

Participation in coaching programs, retreats, the Better Husband Academy, and associated communities requires respectful and responsible behaviour.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program or community without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or undermines the integrity or safety of the group.


Intellectual Property

All content including videos, audio, PDFs, frameworks, written materials, meditations, and podcasts is the intellectual property of The Frosali Group SL.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content without written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.


Limitation of Liability

Results from participation in coaching, retreats, digital products, or the Better Husband Academy vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Frosali Group SL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect emotional, relational, financial, or personal consequences arising from participation in our services.


Confidentiality

Personal information shared during coaching sessions, programs, or retreats is treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, unless required by law.


Coaching Services Disclaimer

Our services are not psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed medical or mental health professional.


Website & Platform Use

You agree to use our website, Kajabi platform, and community spaces lawfully and respectfully.

Unauthorised access, sharing of login credentials, abusive behaviour, or misuse of platforms may result in termination of access without refund.


Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is collected, stored, and processed, including via Kajabi and payment providers.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands.


Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

For cohort-based programs, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase apply for the full duration of the program.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
